I graduated from UNB Fredericton in 1995 with a business degree. Paying my way through college painting houses I decided there was a definite need for a professional painting contractor in Fredericton. CertaPro Painters was a franchise that appealed to me as it would fill the needs of high-end residential customers and commercial clients. Over the past 15 years I have focused on living up to the ideals of CertaPro Painters - the belief that we can take an event (house painting) that is considered to be a hassle and frustrating experience into an experience where our customers are delighted. To this end, I have focused on finding the absolute best PEOPLE that are interested in delighting their customers - not just applying paint to surfaces. With a talented team, we've been able to grow year over year without sacrificing the customer experience.
